MEMBERSHIP

To become a member of the JFMAU, please follow the instructions provided below.

Please note that both the IDENTIFICATION CARD INFORMATION form & the MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION form must be filled out to finalize the application process.

When a person is accepted as a Member, he shall sign the enrollment book after making the following pledge:

"I the undersigned do hereby promise faithfully to support and conform to the Constitution, By-Laws and the standardized remuneration now or hereafter existing of the Jamaica Federation of Musicians and Affiliates Union, and to perform all the duties hereby imposed upon me hereunder and to obey all proper Orders issued by the fully authorised officers thereof."

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

A Government issued ID - Passport, Driver's License, National ID
1 Passport size picture
Name, Address and Contact number of 2 References (i.e. Minister of Religion, an Industry person or Justice of the Peace
A Credit card, Debit Card or a copy of Bank Payment Receipt for membership fee (JA$3500.00)
A copy of your previous ID (if you were a member)
An Entertainment Profile i.e.
- Professional Bio
- A short performance video clip

MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP

Take a clear photo of the bank receipt payment.
Go to our website, www.jfmau.com, and select "Sign -up" or select the Membership option from our drop down Menu.
Complete both the IDENTIFICATION CARD INFORMATION form and the MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION form.
Upload required documents, including the photo of your payment receipt, in the designated areas.
On completion select "Submit Application".

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please see our banking information below to complete payment. You must retain a copy of your payment receipt for uploading purposes during the Membership Application process.

BANKING APP / THIRD PARTY TRANSFER: From your banking mobile app or online platform, add us as a beneficiary to make payment to our account.

ATM DEPOSIT: Use any National Commercial Bank (NCB) ATM that provides the option to deposit payment using our account number.
( This option is only available to NCB account holders).

DIRECT PAYMENT: Pay your membership fee in person to any NATIONAL COMMERCIAL BANK.
